I quit smoking about 3 weeks ago and now i am having difficulty breathing?
I am a 28 year old male and have been smoking for about 12 years now…i quit about 3 weeks ago and now i am having a hard time breathing and i am always taking deep breaths and i am always finding my self out of breath and i feel like my heart is racing. Is this just a side affect of quitting smoking or should i get medical attention
Get medical attention ASAP!! quitting smoking causes potassium levels to rise. This can cause stroke! Go to the ER or the Urgent Care unit immediately.

You have to quit smoking slowly, not in one day. You can damage your health really hard. You have to use some natural medicament. Better go to your doctor and ask for help immediately.
