Whats the easiest way to stop smoking?
i recently started smoking again and now i’m smoking more then ever lol
to decide to stop it no matter what, then drinking lots of water to wash Nicotine away from your body and the best thing to do in the first few days is to spend most of the day in the GYM or health club doing swimming, sauna, Steam room and Jacuzi drinking water and eating healthy food, then your body will get use to it gradually.

You got to build yourself up again for the will go give up! I found its not the giving up its the sticking to it! Just that one and i’m off again – i put every ciggy i had in one day (over 20) in a small jar, every time i felt weak – i’d have a big sniff. disgusting!!!!!!!

There’s no easy way because different methods suit different people. You can get free advice with the nhs and there are severaloptions you can take. Cutting down before completely stopping might be better, or there’s fixed such as nicotine gum or patches.

You’ll have to cut back gradually.
Buy herbal cigarettes (most health food stores like Nutrition House sell them) for when you have a craving. Usually it’s just the habit, so even though you won’t get as light-headed or whatever, you’ll still feel relaxed. Maybe mix them in with your regular cigarettes and when you pull one out at random, don’t put it back and find a real one. Just smoke that one.
Also, I actually find that Nicorette chewing gum actually works when I have a craving. Once you’re starting to cut back, the gum will be crucial.
Good luck!

Hi
My nan used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day for just over 40 years.
She enjoyed her smoke and then of her own free will, she decided to give it up.
She cut it down to just three cigarettes a day, one in the morning with her cup of tea, one after her lunch midday and the third after her tea.
She kept this up for about 5-7 days.
Then suddenly, after a midday smoke, she stubbed it out and said "Yuck, I don’t need them anymore!"
She always kept a packet for just in case’ and her biggest secret for keep in off of them was a glass jar next to her chair which she put her daily amount of money which would have been spent on cigarettes into the jar.
After two weeks, she bought herself a new fridge lol!
That was 7 years ago and she has never touched another cigarette since.
Her advice, put your money in a jar and watch it grow lol!
Best of luck!
Shelley
