what is the easiest way to stop smoking? need help?
take whatever you smoke in a day then cut 2 out of your day. keep doing this till you only smoke 1 a day then after a while smoke 1 every other day then completely quit

just say fuck these and stop…..or buy a pack of them and dissect them you will be like holy shit these things are disgusting and that will help you stop

Idk dude. Easiest way I did was visit my aunt during the winter. I couldn’t go outside without alerting the whole house, and I couldn’t smoke inside.
So 1) Get rid of your smokes/lighters/ANYTHING that reminds you of it
Other thing I did was resolve to get in shape. To do that, I wanted to be at my best, and smoking wouldn’t help that.
2)Get fit!!

Here’s what I did.
Smoked American Spirits for a few weeks. They’re longer smoking, but NO additives at all in them. No extra chemicals. So I weaned myself off the addiction to the extra crap they put in them. Then I would smoke a half a cig at a time. Then I would put off smoking until the latest time in the day I could manage. Then I set a date. Like 2 weeks away and smoke less and less each day until that day comes. Whenever I get the urge to smoke, I think… "ok, this is how it’s going to feel to quit smoking. This is the urge, and this is as bad as the urge gets. I’m not going to die. I’m not going to flip out. This is easy. It’s easier to NOT do something than it is to DO something."
I tried losenges, gum, patches. I’m currently on the "positive affirmations" Every tweet I put out in Facebook, I include that I am a non-smoker.
I’m eating a lot, and looking for a replacement for that bad habit. But other than that, I’m doing okay. Other than this, the patches worked the best. Stay away from stimulants as much as possible. Caffeine, ritalin, speed, antihistamines, all of these things will add to that urge to smoke. I’m avoiding them like the plague.
BTW, I’m on my second day 3 in 2 weeks. I cheated on Friday. But that’s it. I’m done. I hate stinking and being afraid to cary on a conversation because of my breath. Not to mention the sicknesses smoking causes.

you know cinammon? the ones thats like a stick with the hole on it??
well but a favorite flavor inside the hole ( e.x if chocolate put chocolate inside the hole ) and keep on exhaling and inhaling the cinammon.
it worked for me .

well for me, when i needed one, got me a pack of sunflower seeds, candy, gum.. keep your self busy, go to a friends house that dont allow smoking.. lol.. it worked for me
